PoliPOS is a point-of-sale application developed and operated by Politech Studio. The app is designed to help businesses manage sales, products, inventory, employees, transactions, reports, and other business operations.

PoliPOS may store information that you enter into the application, including:

• Sales and transaction records
• Employee names, roles, and login information

Most business information used by PoliPOS is stored locally on your device using the application's local database.

We recommend that users choose secure PINs and avoid sharing administrator credentials with unauthorized individuals.

PoliPOS is primarily designed to operate using local device storage. Information such as products, inventory, sales records, employee information, and application settings may be stored in a local database on your Android device.

Politech Studio does not automatically receive all business records stored inside your local PoliPOS database.

The free version of PoliPOS may display banner advertisements provided by third-party advertising services such as Google AdMob.

Advertising providers may automatically collect or process certain information, which can include:

• Device identifiers
• Advertising identifiers
• Approximate location based on network information
• Device and operating system information
• Advertisement interaction information
• Diagnostic and performance information

This information may be processed by Google or other advertising partners according to their own privacy policies.

PoliPOS offers optional paid or premium features through Google Play Billing.

Payments made through Google Play are processed by Google. Politech Studio does not directly receive or store your complete credit card, debit card, or other payment credentials.

PoliPOS may receive information from Google Play necessary to determine whether a subscription or purchase is active, such as purchase status, product identifiers, and subscription entitlement information.

PoliPOS may read your device locale or regional settings to select an appropriate default currency when the application is first configured.

This region information is used for application configuration and formatting purposes. Users may change their preferred currency in PoliPOS settings.

Depending on the features you use and the Android version installed on your device, PoliPOS may request permissions required for application functionality.

Permissions are requested only when required by a feature or by services integrated into the application.

PoliPOS may use third-party services provided by Google and other service providers. These services may process data according to their own privacy policies.

Business information stored locally in PoliPOS generally remains on the device until it is deleted by the user, removed through application features, or erased when application data is cleared or the application is uninstalled.

We take reasonable measures to protect information handled by PoliPOS. However, no electronic storage system, mobile application, or method of data transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their devices, employee credentials, backups, and administrative access.

PoliPOS is intended for business and commercial use and is not designed for children.

We do not knowingly design PoliPOS for the purpose of collecting personal information from children.

Depending on the features available in the application, users may:

• Edit or remove information stored in PoliPOS
• Change application preferences
• Change the selected currency
• Control certain Android permissions
• Uninstall the application
• Clear locally stored application data
